What each plan includes, how the annual limit is counted, and managing your subscription.
Every plan includes every feature
The badge designer, pathways, sub-organizations, evidence, exports, custom branding, and verification are on every plan including Free. Volume is the only difference, with two exceptions: API access and SSO are Enterprise-only.

Annual billing saves 20%. Enterprise additionally unlocks the API and single sign-on.
How the limit is counted
- Per calendar year, resetting on 1 January — not on your subscription anniversary.
- Across your whole organization, including every sub-organization.
- Every award counts, including ones later revoked, and including badges issued automatically by pathways.
Hitting the limit stops issuing mid-run
A bulk upload larger than your remaining allowance will issue rows until the cap and then stop. Check your usage in Settings → Plan & billing before a large cohort. We email admins at 80% and again at 100% so it isn't a surprise.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Plan & billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Changes apply as soon as Stripe confirms them.
If a payment fails
The account is suspended and issuing pauses. Every credential already issued stays live, verifiable, and shareable — nothing your recipients hold is affected. Updating your card restores issuing.
