Getting started
What Incredify does, and the shortest path from signing up to a badge in someone's hands.
Incredify issues verifiable digital credentials — badges and certificates that anyone can confirm are genuine without contacting you. Credentials follow the Open Badges 3.0 standard and are signed with a cryptographic key that belongs to your organization alone.
The whole flow, end to end:
- 1Create your organization. You pick a permanent subdomain, and we generate your signing keys and issuer identity. See Creating your organization.
- 2Design a badge. Use the built-in designer, or upload your own square PNG.
- 3Issue it. One recipient at a time, or a whole cohort from a CSV.
- 4Recipients claim it. They get an email with a link to a public claim page — no account, no password. See What recipients get.
- 5Anyone verifies it. A Verify button on the claim page performs an independent cryptographic check. See How verification works.
Recipients never need an account
This is the part most people expect to be harder than it is. A recipient receives an email, opens a page, and adds the credential to LinkedIn. There is nothing for them to sign up for, and nothing for you to administer on their behalf.
What you can issue
Anything you'd currently hand out as a certificate or a line on a transcript: course completions, workshop attendance, professional development hours, co-curricular achievements, competencies, micro-credentials, staff training. Badges can carry evidence (a project link, a transcript PDF), skills tags, and criteria describing what the recipient did to earn it.
Where to go next
- Setting up for the first time → Creating your organization
- Ready to make a badge → Badge designer
- Have a cohort to award → Bulk issuance by CSV
