Signing in
Passwordless sign-in with a six-digit code, and what happens if your institution uses SSO.
There are no passwords on Incredify. Go to incredify.net/login, enter your email address, and we send you a six-digit code to type in.
Why a code and not a link
University mail systems routinely scan links in incoming email before delivery. A one-time sign-in link can be consumed by that scanner and be dead by the time you click it. A code can't be — so a code is what we send.
If your institution uses single sign-on
Enter your email as usual. If your domain is enrolled for SSO, you're redirected to your institution's identity provider instead of being sent a code. Nothing else changes. See Single sign-on.
Troubleshooting
- The code never arrived
- Check spam, then confirm you're using the exact address you were invited with. Codes are short-lived — request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.
- "No account found"
- Someone must add you to an organization before you can reach its dashboard. Ask an admin at your institution to add you under Settings → Members.
- You land on the setup screen instead of the dashboard
- That means your account isn't a member of any organization yet. If a colleague already set one up, don't create a second — ask them to add you.
