Your subdomain

Every organization gets <your-subdomain>.incredify.net, chosen at signup and permanent — it forms part of your cryptographic issuer identity. See Creating your organization.

Your public page

Your subdomain serves a public organization page — also reachable at incredify.net/s/<your-subdomain> — showing your logo, name, verified checkmark, how many badges you've issued, and a Credentials offered grid of your badges with award counts.

It's a reasonable link for a programs page or an email signature: a single address where anyone can see what your institution issues.

Your logo

Upload under Settings → Organization logo. It appears on your public page and on every claim page.

  • PNG or JPEG, under 2 MB. A transparent PNG looks best.
  • The file type is verified by inspecting the contents, so renaming a file won't get past it.
  • Requires a verified organization — see Getting verified.

Logo and badge artwork are different uploads

The organization logo accepts PNG or JPEG. Badge artwork accepts square PNG only. Different rules, different places — see Badge designer.
